Our services constitute professional consultation and administrative assistance. We provide guidance, document preparation, and application support but do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest solely with Spanish immigration authorities (Oficina de Extranjería, Spanish Consulates, and other relevant governmental bodies).
3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Accurate Information
You agree to:

9.2 Termination by MyMoveSpain
We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if:
- You fail to make payments when due

- You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
- Continuing the relationship would violate legal or ethical obligations
- We reasonably believe your application lacks merit or is unlikely to succeed
Upon termination by us, we will refund any fees for services not yet performed, less costs already incurred.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
- Our obligations to provide services cease

- You may not use our name or reputation in connection with your matter
10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

- You understand that visa approval is not guaranteed
