Can I mix holiday and long-term rentals?
Absolutely. This is our speciality. You can rent 6-8 weeks to holiday guests (€80-€150/night) and long-term tenants the rest of the year (€1,200-€1,800/month). We manage both seamlessly. Our mixed-portfolio properties average 6-8% annual yields.
What's the average occupancy rate?
95% average across our managed portfolio. We achieve this through strategic pricing during peak seasons, professional guest screening, and 24/7 guest support. Properties with dedicated marketing may reach 98%+ during the summer months.
How often will my property be inspected?
Monthly inspections are standard. After guest check-outs, inspection is immediate. For long-term tenancies, we inspect monthly (as required by Spanish law). Emergency issues are addressed within 2 hours of notification.
When do I receive my rental income?
Monthly bank transfers to your account. We collect rent/bookings throughout the month, pay expenses from the property account, and transfer net income on the 20th of each month. Monthly statement shows all collections and expenses.
What if I want to sell my property?
We can help with that too. MyMoveSpain provides property sales services across La Manga Club, Los Alcázares, and Costa Cálida. Properties typically sell within 3-6 months. We’ll ensure full compliance with all tax and legal requirements for the sale.
Is property management coordinated with visa services?
